Do you ever feel bored when coding? Do you want to make your VS Code more powerful? I have some good news for you! There are extensions that can help. Here are five that I use to make my coding better and more enjoyable.

1. GitLens: See Your Code’s History

GitLens helps you understand your code’s past. It shows you who wrote each part of the code and when. You can also see how the code has changed over time. It’s like having a history book for your code!

2. Background: Make Your Coding Space Look Nice

With the Background extension, you can put any picture you want behind your code. Maybe you like beaches, or cities, or space or your idol? You can have that picture in your VS Code. It’s amazing how a nice background can make coding more fun. But dont forget to setting the oppacity, mine is 0.7~

3. GitHub Theme: Make VS Code Look Like GitHub

If you use GitHub a lot, you might like your VS Code to look the same. The GitHub Theme extension does this. It has light and dark options, just like GitHub. It can make you feel more at home when coding. Mine is Github Dark Dimmed because I like the dark and purple one.

4. Material Icon Theme: Pretty Icons for Your Files

This extension gives each type of file a special icon. It makes your file list look nicer and easier to understand. You can find the file you want faster. It’s like giving your files colorful clothes! You can find here install.

5. In Your Face: A Friendly Reminder

In Your Face is like a friend who reminds you to take breaks or fix errors with a meme face. It helps you stay focused and take care of yourself while coding.

These extensions have made my VS Code much better. They help me work better and enjoy coding more.
